Hand Metal Spinning: At your facility I can train you in all aspects of hand spinning. From the fundamentals of metal spinning to advanced metal spinning techniques, using spinning rollers, beading rollers and trimming tools. "Heat spinning", as well as "cold spinning", is also offered. Safety is also an important part of each class.

PNC/CNC Metal Spinning: I've been doing this now for 8 years and enjoy it the most. Producing quality parts, spinning all types of materials, and keeping cycle times to a minimum. With an emphasis on PNC, I will train you on machine setup, operating, programming and safety while at your facility.  

Programming: This works very well for some pnc/cnc metal spinning machine owners. I do the programming and then train an operator on running parts and safety.

Tooling Design: I have many years experience with designing tooling for metal spinning. No need to spend time and money on separate drawings, we can make tooling from the parts drawing

Shop Setup: I will assist you in determining what your needs are and then help setup a metal spinning department to facilitate them.

Technical Support: Once the job is done I am not! I provide free, follow up, tech support via telephone or email.
